Limited lifetime warranty against defects in workmanship.

We make our brushes and palettes to last, and we stand behind them. If something goes wrong because of how it was made, we'll put it right.

Covered: defects in workmanship during the product's normal working life, such as paint flaking off a handle after a few sessions, hairs coming loose from the ferrule, or bristles bent on arrival.

Not covered: normal wear (a fine tip wears with painting), misuse and accidents.

Check new brushes and palettes when they arrive and register them straight away: workmanship defects usually show in the first few sessions.

How to claim: email support@dartisanshoppe.com with your order number and a photo, and a member of the family will reply.

30-day returns

If you're not happy with your order, email support@dartisanshoppe.com within 30 days of purchase, whether the product is new or used. We'll send you a return number (RMA) and the return address. Return postage is yours to pay, and we recommend a tracked service.

Once your return arrives, we refund the product price (shipping and handling aren't refundable). Processing takes about a week, and your bank may take up to 7 more business days. Full details are in our refund policy.

To keep a fine point longer: rinse as you work, reshape the tip, cap it, and dry it flat. Don't store brushes tip-down or wet.

 

 

For painters starting out in miniatures, or upgrading the whole desk at once: the wet palette that keeps tomorrow's mix workable, and twelve fine detail brushes for eyes, edge highlights and freehand.

The brushes. Minute Series XII: 5 rounds (4/0, 3/0, 2/0, 0 and 1) for eyes, dots and faces, 5 riggers (4/0 to 1) for long, even lines, and 2 flats (0 and 1) for crisp edges and drybrushing. The triangle handle sits steady between thumb and fingers and won't roll off the desk.

The palette. WetNDri feeds water up through a grey sponge and palette sheet, and the gasketed lid keeps mixes workable for days. 16 dry wells, 2 water wells and a brush holder stack into one unit, 8.6 x 6.2 x 1.5 in (21.8 x 15.7 x 3.7 cm).

One desk, nothing to hunt for. Park the brushes in the palette's holder while you paint, and store them in their screw-top tube when you're done.

What's in the box: the WetNDri wet palette with gasketed lid, 50 pre-cut palette sheets, 2 grey sponges and a safety strap; 12 Minute Series XII brushes with wood handles, double-crimped brass ferrules, tip caps, a rigid screw-top tube and a drawstring bag.

Before first use: the brush tips carry a light protective coating for transit. Swirl them in warm water, then paint.
