Shipping policy
D'Artisan Shoppe ships worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size and weight of your order.
Processing and Delivery
Orders are processed within 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Domestic (US): 3 to 7 business days
- International (non-US): 7 to 21 business days
These are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout, and customs clearance may cause additional delays for international orders.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you tracking information.
Taxes, Duties, and Import Fees
Applicable US taxes are included in your order pricing at checkout. For deliveries outside the US, we do not collect destination-country taxes, customs duties, or import fees at checkout unless they are shown there. Any charges assessed by customs or the carrier are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping charges.
Delayed, Damaged, or Missing Orders
