We make our brushes and palettes to last, and we stand behind them. If something goes wrong because of how it was made, we'll put it right.
Covered: defects in workmanship during the product's normal working life, such as paint flaking off a handle after a few sessions, hairs coming loose from the ferrule, or bristles bent on arrival.
Not covered: normal wear (a fine tip wears with painting), misuse and accidents.
Check new brushes and palettes when they arrive and register them straight away: workmanship defects usually show in the first few sessions.
How to claim: email support@dartisanshoppe.com with your order number and a photo, and a member of the family will reply.
30-day returns
If you're not happy with your order, email support@dartisanshoppe.com within 30 days of purchase, whether the product is new or used. We'll send you a return number (RMA) and the return address. Return postage is yours to pay, and we recommend a tracked service.
Once your return arrives, we refund the product price (shipping and handling aren't refundable). Processing takes about a week, and your bank may take up to 7 more business days. Full details are in our refund policy.
To keep a fine point longer: rinse as you work, reshape the tip, cap it, and dry it flat. Don't store brushes tip-down or wet.
Made for oil and acrylic painters who like to step back from the easel and paint loose. These six long-handle artist paint brushes give you reach and a freer arm, and stiff hog bristle moves thick paint and leaves visible, painterly strokes.

- Filberts 2, 6 and 12: soft-edged strokes, blending and rounded forms
- Flats 4 and 8: bold blocks of colour and crisp edges
- Round 1: signatures and fine lines
Bristle that carries thick paint. Natural hog bristle has split tips (flags) that hold heavy-body paint and spread it evenly across the canvas.
Long, light handles. Balanced wooden handles let you work at arm's length and see the whole painting, and stay light through an evening session.
Ready to travel. A protective storage case and a dust bag come with the set, for plein-air sketching and classes.

Care: clean oil paint out with brush cleaner or solvent and acrylic with warm water, then reshape the bristles and dry the brushes flat.
