"First of all, that's what pilot is pretty standard and how it works. I like the size. It's nice and small. Not too big. I bought it for when I went on a camping trip in 2022, so that way I could use my paint the whole weekend without having to bring all of my tubes. Then I forgot about it, in a backpack, for almost 2 years. It's now 2024 and I dug it out for some Warhammer painting, scared of the biohazard inside. There was none! No mold. Nothing growing. "These guys really thought of it all for the miniature painting needs. I went on a whim and bought this after seeing the review on Geek Gaming Scenics. The size of the pallet is perfect it's easy for transport doesn't take space on the table and you get two wet pallets and one dry pallet all in one clean design. I have no complaints. Will buy more papers from them as well.

I should say too the materials chosen are good. This isn't cheap build by any means. The sponges are great. The plastic makes tight seals when each pallet is stacked. It is a quality product well worth the money. Maybe they'll give me some free stuff for leaving a review. Wouldn't hold it against them if they didn't though. 😉"

"I have been miniature painting for about 3 years and I've been happy with my previous palette, but there were things I wished it did a little better. Enter YouTube. Content creators in the miniatures realm mentioned this palette and claimed it did all the things I wish my palette did. And it's true. The paints stays wet but doesbt become overthinned from condensation on the palette paper. The sponge and paper are perfect for the major brands miniature painters use. Couple that with the fact you can use this palette in a few configurations and the value grows. You have to be cautious with the dry palette. While standard acrylic paints are easy to clean out, Contrast Paint, Speed Paints, and inks can stain. A little cling wrap makes cleanup much easier. Great Quality

"I was anxious about spending this much on a wet palette when they are so easy and cheap to make with kitchen supplies but then I think to myself "I'm already throwing hundreds of dollars a year at GW/Vallejo/etc for the paints... what's an extra $35 for a nicer wet palette that doesn't look like trash on my desk?" and after getting it in hand and using it for a few hours I have no regrets at all.

Its well designed, all the pieces fit nicely, and its very satisfying to have something on my desk that's more attractive than the old food container my homemade wet palette used. Its easy for me to recommend this one as a good purchase."

Significantly better than Redgrass' Palette

"I have been using the Redgrass palette for some time now and while it got the job done, it had an issue with water penetrating the membrane of the provided wax paper. Paint would dry quickly regardless of humidity. More often then not the bottom part of the paint drop would dry out, creating a nasty separation between the wet paint and the water beneath the wax paper.

The WND palette, right off the bat, has a very noticeable result. Adding paint to the paper causes it to absorb water consistently, and it is less prone to drying out unlike the RG Palette. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase."

I love this wet palette.

"I absolutely adore this wet palette. It is perfect for painting my Dungeons & Dragons miniatures. Most often I find that paints by themselves tend to dry out rather quickly. I have made my own wet pallets in the past but they usually end up a runny mess. To extend the life of this wet palette I have a tendency to put it in the refrigerator. This keeps everything nice and wet without drying out and keeps mold away from the pallet itself. You need to use it in a few days or you might as well scrap the whole thing. I really like that everything's included in this that you pretty much need aside from the brushes and paint. It also includes quite a few extra sheets to use so you can use parchment paper in a pinch if needed."

Best Palette Ever!

"As an art major, I thoroughly enjoy painting. However, due to my job, I can only paint for short periods of time in the afternoons. I’ve tried other palettes, but my acrylic paint will dry if I don’t get to use it all in one sitting. The WetNDri Paint Palette for Acrylic Painting really keeps my paint moist overnight, so I can work on my paintings on my irregular schedule. All I had to do is follow the setup instructions included before squeezing my acrylic paint onto the palette. This palette features a painters dual dry color mixing and stay wet palette, which makes it versatile too. The elastic band included makes it easy to transport the palette for plein air sessions, but the palette must be kept flat. This is nothing major, but I did deduct a star for this reason. Other than this minor issue, I HIGHLY recommend the WetNDri Paint Palette for Acrylic Painting to other artists like myself!"

So far so good

"I like the versatility of this pallet. I went from your standard sta-wet palette and there are some nice additions. I don't know if it worth the extra price but there are some nice features. First the sponge is like a neoprene hybrid feeling material and really hold water vs the shamwow kind of sponge in the sta-wet. The paper is thin and resembles parchment paper vs the sta-wet which had a fabric paper that had a money paper feel. It leaks less water through will still keeping the paint wet vs the sta-wet where it would bleed through very quick but then dry out in that area. The palette is shallow and a little smaller so it fits better on a desk. It has a dry palette built into the top, I used to use my rinse bucket top. So far so good."
